1. What is a Template?
A template is a graphic layout of a site/store. A pre designed structure that can be easily installed to your open source platform (Opencart, Drupal or Wordpress).
It doesn’t modify the core, functionality or content of your installed site/store. Templates do not work by it self; it needs one of the above open sources installed.

2. How to use a Template?
Simply upload the template to the proper folder depending on what structure you’re using and enable the template on your site/store admin.
You must have a basic knowledge of how to unzip a file, upload files to your server using FTP, know how to manage the templates settings on your site/store.

3. How do I Download the template after purchase?
Login to bitlinlinetemplates.com, go to your account and click on Download button. It will allow you to download the .zip file instantly.

4. Can I customize a template?
Yes, you may customize the templates to fit your needs. We may offer customization services if needed as well.

5. Can I see a demonstration of the template?
Yes, there is a DEMO link on the description of each template, that links to a live version of the theme.

6. Can I resell the template?
No, you may not sell or distribute the templates in any matter. You may only use it in your site. By customizing it won’t change the fact you can’t sell or distribuite.

7. Will the template work after I upgrade my shopping cart application to new version?
There is no guarantees that the template will work in other versions, it may and may not depending what was updates were made to the site/core, the best way to know is try it out.
